• 1. Specify the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed, or, if this Notice covers multiple works, provide a representative listing of the works you allege are infringed.
• 2. Identify the material or link believed to be infringing (or related to infringing conduct) and should be disabled, including at minimum, where applicable, the URL of the content displayed on the Site or the precise location of such material.
• 3. Include your company name (if applicable), physical address, phone number, and, if available, email address.
• 4. Incorporate both of the following statements within the Notice:
• * "I hereby affirm that I have a good faith belief that the disputed use of the copyrighted material is not authorized by the copyright owner, their agent, or the law (e.g., as an instance of fair use)."
• * "I affirm that the details provided in this Notice are correct and, under penalty of perjury, that I am the copyright owner, or am authorized to act on behalf of the owner, of the copyright or an exclusive right under the copyright that has allegedly been infringed."
• 5. Provide your complete legal name along with your electronic or physical signature.

Be aware that under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any individual who knowingly misrepresents that material or conduct is infringing may incur liability.

If you believe that your content was removed (or access was disabled) incorrectly, or that you have the copyright owner's authorization, the copyright owner's agent, or the legal right to post and utilize that content, you may send a counter-notice with the following details to our Designated Copyright Agent:

• 1. Your physical or electronic signature;
• 2. Identification of the content that was removed or to which access was disabled and the location where the content was available prior to its removal or disabling;
• 3. A statement that you have a good faith belief that the removal or disabling of the content was due to an error or misidentification;
• 4. Your name, physical address, telephone number, and email address, along with a statement indicating your consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in Seychelles, and a declaration that you will accept service of process from the entity that notified you of the alleged infringement.

Upon receiving a counter-notice, our Designated Copyright Agent may forward a copy of it to the original complainant, notifying them that we may restore the removed content or cease disabling it within 10 business days. Unless the copyright owner takes legal action seeking a court order against the content provider or user, the removed material might be reinstated or access granted within 10 to 14 business days or longer after we receive the counter-notice, at our sole discretion.

In line with the DMCA and relevant laws, we have established a policy to terminate, in suitable circumstances and at our discretion, users identified as repeat infringers. We may also limit access to the Site and/or terminate the accounts of users who violate any intellectual property rights, regardless of whether it constitutes repeat infringement.
